Return & Refund Policy

At iLoveItSoMuch, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and products. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations. However, if your order is still being processed, we would be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. Please note that for completed orders, a 20% restocking fee applies as each item is handmade with love just for you. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which enables us to continue providing specialized craftsmanship and joy to all our customers. In order to maintain the quality of our product, we are unable to accept returns on fragrances, lotions, shower gels, body butters, body sprays, raw shea butter, and any other open-able cosmetic. Since our products are made to order, they can only be returned with prior approval. We highly recommend taking advantage of our free sample policy to ensure the exceptional quality of our oils before making a larger purchase. This will help you determine if our fragrances meet your preferences before committing to a larger quantity. Please note that we do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with our version of a fragrance, so it is advisable to test a sample first to ensure it aligns with your needs and preferences.

If there are no mistakes with your order, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged. This fee is necessary to cover the labor costs involved in preparing and shipping your order, as well as inspecting and returning the items to stock. The re-stocking fee also applies to order cancellations made after the order has been fulfilled.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged order, please refrain from discarding any items. It is important to take photos of the box, packaging materials, and the damaged contents both inside and outside the box. The shipping carrier may also need to examine the package if a claim is made. Without sufficient evidence, we cannot proceed with a claim. To assist you, it is crucial to thoroughly document the damage and report it within 3 business days of receiving the order.

Shipping Address

It is vital that you enter all the correct details for your shipping address including apartment or suite numbers where they apply. If your product is returned, the customer will be held responsible for covering the outbound shipping costs and return charges if an order is declined or returned without authorization, which were previously paid by us.

Discrepancies and Shortages

To ensure that no tampering or accidental loss has occurred, please notify us of any discrepancies or shortages in your order within 3 business days of receiving it.

Samples

Our samples are provided in a 1 dram glass bottle, complete with a screw cap. We highly recommend trying our samples before committing to ensure that you enjoy our unique fragrance. If you have any inquiries regarding obtaining samples, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Wholesale Fragrance - Sold By Weight

Bottles are not just simple measuring devices. Despite being labeled with their nominal size, such as 4oz or 8oz, they actually have a larger capacity. To ensure that we consistently provide the correct amount of oil, each bottle is weighed for accuracy. For instance, a 4oz bottle weighs 0.4oz and can hold close to 5oz. The filler weighs the bottle, and if it weighs 4.4oz or more, it passes; if it weighs less than 4.4oz, more oil is added. This ensures that you will always receive at least the amount of oil you purchased, although the bottle may not be completely full.

Back Orders & Out of Stock

If a product is out of stock and it won't affect a significant part of your order, we'll let you know through your invoice and refund the missing item for Debit/Credit Card/PayPal purchases or credit it to your account. However, if the item(s) make up a significant portion of your order, we'll get in touch with you to either choose a different item or decide whether you want to hold the order or refund the item. Please be sure to check your email or voicemail so your order is not delayed.
